As you work together, she will guide you through everything from the location selection down to the vendors who will make your day stand apart. With the refined setting as well as their customized care, planning an iconic wedding has never been simpler!
Details of the Grounds
The Fountains Ballroom has been built to give you every necessity you could need for your day, all in one convenient wedding venue. Starting the morning of your wedding, you will have access to the bridal suite and the groom’s room. Both of these spots have been recently renovated to ensure you have the very latest in luxury right at your fingertips. As you work with your hair and makeup team, you will have vanity seating built to let you sit back and relax. Then, once your look is complete, you can relax on the modern furniture and share some champagne with your besties. Meanwhile, the groom will have his own space, complete with a pool table as well as a poker table.
While you will be able to host your ceremony inside if you’d prefer, the exterior tends to be the most popular option for this part of your day. The outside has a scenic path that takes you from the building down to a quiet lookout. As your guests rise from the wooden benches, you can make your way down the hill and up to the front of the site, where a wooden pergola will serve as your altar. The venue has placed this area on a small stone stage, while a waterfall will be there as your backdrop. Every single angle of this section is picture-perfect!

The venue is going to provide you with all the necessities, such as tables and chairs, plus they will work with you to find different options for things like drapery, decor, linens, and chair styles. Your reception will include two bartenders and a security guard. You can choose between two backdrop drapery options, and the chandeliers are dimmable, so you can find the ideal lighting. They have a list of their preferred vendors to ensure you can find someone who will perfectly match your style. The venue offers overnight parking, and it is wheelchair accessible.
